At PolyStrike Targets, we take pride in manufacturing durable, high-performance self-healing targets designed for thousands of rounds of training. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you receive equipment free from manufacturing defects.
Limited Warranty Coverage
PolyStrike Targets warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal recreational or professional shooting use for 90 days from the original date of purchase.
If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing or material defect during the warranty period, PolyStrike Targets will, at its sole discretion:

Repair the product,

Replace the product with the same or a comparable model, or

Issue store credit for the original purchase price.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects

Material defects
-
Defects that affect the intended function of the product

Products that fail under normal intended use due to a manufacturing issue
What Is Not Covered
Because PolyStrike products are designed to be shot repeatedly, normal wear is expected and is not considered a warranty issue.
The warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic wear or discoloration

Normal surface wear from bullet impacts

Damage from improper ammunition

Damage from steel-core, armor-piercing, tracer, incendiary, or explosive ammunition

Damage caused by improper mounting or installation

Abuse, misuse, accidents, or neglect

Alterations or modifications to the product

Damage caused by vehicles, machinery, fire, or extreme abuse

Commercial rental use unless otherwise approved by PolyStrike
Ammunition Guidelines
PolyStrike targets are designed for use with standard commercially manufactured ammunition within the recommended calibers listed on each product.
Use of prohibited ammunition may void this warranty.
Always follow safe shooting practices and maintain recommended shooting distances.
Self-Healing Material
Our self-healing polymer is engineered to seal after bullet impacts, extending the usable life of the target. However, no self-healing material is indestructible.
Target lifespan depends on factors including:

Bullet velocity

Shooting distance

Rate of fire

Environmental conditions

Overall usage
These factors naturally affect the service life of the product and are not covered under warranty.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PolyStrike Targets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Improper use of any shooting target can result in serious injury or property damage.
