PolyStrike Targets Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. After this period, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unused and in original condition
In original packaging
Defective due to manufacturing defects only
Please note: PolyStrike Targets are precision shooting equipment. We only accept returns for verified manufacturing defects, not for normal wear from use or damage caused by improper caliber/distance usage.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
Downloadable products or software
Items showing signs of use beyond initial inspection
Products damaged due to user error (incorrect caliber, insufficient distance, etc.)
Items returned after 30 days from delivery
Items missing parts or packaging (unless due to our error)
Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us at sales@polystriketargets.com within 30 days
Provide your order number and photos of the defect
Await return authorization before shipping
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
You'll receive email confirmation within 2 business days
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Credits appear on your original payment method
Processing times vary by financial institution
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply to items that are:
Returned without original packaging
Damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Missing accessories or documentation
Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days:
Check your bank/credit card account
Contact your card issuer about processing times
Verify your bank's posting schedule

Sale Items
Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items only. For exchanges:

Gift Returns
Gifts purchased with gift designation: Recipient receives store credit
Gifts without gift designation: Refund issued to original purchaser
Return Shipping
Customer responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Return shipping costs deducted from approved refunds
We recommend tracked/insured shipping for items over $75
PolyStrike Targets is not responsible for lost return shipments
